Artificial Lighting Final Portfolio

     After years of art history instruction, I found I was drawn to the still life vanitas works of artists such as Matisse and Cézanne. Their ability to create everyday objects into static works of art that cause the viewer to pause and study something so simple intrigues me. Their classic pieces are my inspiration for this project.
